It’s been pure misery living at SolTerra. Now, having to move prior to my budgeted timeframe and in the midst of the most expensive season for moving just for my to fine a little slice of peace is truly ridiculous and extremely difficult. I’ve done nothing but be an outstanding resident but have consistently met with challenges, miscommunication, days off work and inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend a move here.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy living in this community. It is always clean, well maintained and landscaped and the staff have always been very friendly and attentive to our needs. We look forward to more time here in this beautiful house.

The community is great. The location is great as well. The staff is friendly and works with the residents to make sure everyone is comfortable. So far in the first 3 weeks we feel we made a great choice.
