We were fooled into thinking this was nice place for the price. its way over priced no ulgrades at all. Owner will do anything to keep fro. making repairs, there is no contractor on sight, they get random peoe from home depot who are not professional. current vermin infestation, we have had to call tje Department of Health, tbe neighbors have had no hot water for over a year. a drug dealer lives accross tbe street and there is a women living in her car put front with 2 small children and... no one cares tp do anything about any of it.
