Happy resident at Magnolia Courts

This is a great place to live. Very conveniently located to the shops on Foothill. The property is well maintained and safe. Apartments are spacious with open floor plans and beautifully appointed with granite and stainless steel kitchens, non-white walls, and balconies. The common areas are very well maintained.

There are common areas with comfortable seating both inside and out, a gym, a music room, a heated pool, a hot tub, and individual (if small) garages.

I'm going into my 3rd… year here and I've never had to wait more than 24 hours for any repairs. The handyman is very nice. Judy, the building manager, is friendly and responsive. She even tries to plan activities with the residents to build community. We also get a monthly newsletter, which has updates about the community and some fun little stories/recipes.

They allow dogs and the neighborhood is relatively dog friendly with lots of grass to walk them by.

Perhaps the only downside is that they do raise the rent consistently here. When a building is for seniors, many on a fixed income, this can be a problem.

Overall, I would highly recommend living here, I truly enjoy it.

I'm sorry that you had a past bad experience. Management has recently changed so I invite you to visit us again. You'll find that all the past issues are gone and the new Magnolia Courts at La Verne is an amazing place to call home.

I'm sorry that your 2015 experience was not a good one. New management took over more than a year ago and I believe that you will find that the complex is beautiful, well managed and the residents of Mognolia Courts are very happy.
