Do not go in there
Worse experience of living , there used to be security before but now days the parking lot is like a crack house, I feel more safe outside of this community than inside !

Poor maintenance
Really poor maintenance when we moved in food still stuck between the stove and counter top. Never realized A Lot of probation people live there

WORST APARTMENT
My husband and I applied at Alicia Village beginning of August and it started great because the initial person that helped us was Jordan she has a friendly personality and very knowledgeable too. It was end of the day when we went through our apps with Jordan. Next day of us calling we got different responses from another girl I can't recall her name but without her looking into our file she said my husband and I had to make 14,000. monthly income and that we needed a cosigner. I said to her,... "numbers don't make sense?" My husband and I waited until following day to speak to Jordan. Jordan said she would continue to help us and talk to corporate to see what she can do for us. We patiently waited it was like a whole week, just to know if we can rent an apartment. It came down to that we didn't take up on the apartment as to we didn't have a cosigner. Now we're patiently waiting again for our check back of the partial deposit we gave which was $200 and we have gotten nothing. I call the corporate to get status the receptionist has 0 I mean 0 people skills she rudely put me through a voicemail to Natalia who she stated is the only one that can help us. I tried to ask the receptionist as to what is the process for us to retrieve our check and it honestly was handled so unprofessional from her it was like my call was disrupting her time she used the term as goes: "1) you are calling in the lunch hour. (and it was 1:20PM) 2) Natalia is on calls all the time she's to busy. 3) Just keep leaving her voice mails."
I'm honestly glad that I didn't ended up living there they have staff that seriously takes no consideration of others value and time. I should have taken heed of one of the reviews of how horrible this place is.
