pros/cons

Place is clean and staff is friendly. However, the parking garage is super tight and frankly sucks, everyone can see into your unit (if facing pool), lots of homeless walking around due to the nearby train station, and maintenance is often slow to complete requests. Most reviews come from people taking tours and not actual residents.

Parking experiences can vary depending on vehicle size and personal preference. The garage includes both standard and compact parking spaces and is designed to... accommodate resident parking throughout the community. Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment remains a top priority.
