Looks Can Be Decieving

I absolutely love the layout of the apartments. The amenities of the apartment are fabulous: Stacked Washer/Dryer in every unit, 2 bathrooms, and a separate dining room with vaulted ceilings, right across from the lake, and your own parking garage. How could this place go wrong? Well, PARKING! Every apartment has it's own garage for slight storage and to PARK your vehicle, with first come first serve parking for an additional car. However, there are only 9 "guest parking" spots. The management… team has even put parking spots in front of some garages to help with parking but it just crowds the lot making it super difficult to get in and out in the evening hours. Mind you there is only one entrance to the lot and the added spots are in a 'No Parking Fire Lane' area. Some tenants don't use their garage for parking but rather for operating a business, personal gyms, or overloaded with belongings. And the cars that are parked in 'guest parking' are just sitting and collecting dust. Makes things unfair and a hassle for us tenants that actually abide by the apartment rules and requirements for parking. I do wish management would enforce the parking structure to make the community pleasant for everyone.
