Twin Palms
Lowest rent within 30 miles in any direction, decently mild commute from the city and mountains, friendly management. Apartment upkeep is generally low budget and maintenance tickets may require more than one reminder sent to management. Neighbors are quiet, area is relatively safe, onsite laundry facilities are ok but the local laundromat is on the same block and is cheaper. Convenience stores, food, and Lindo Lake are just a short walk away. Residents of Twin Palms have access to Ashwood... Apartment's pool and recreational facilities since they are owned by the same company. Ashwood is across the street.
