This property is located directly under a flight take off path, the airplanes regularly take off til late in the evenings, holidays will bring military jets which rattle the windows. The onsite managers are aggressive when tenants ask for service requests, they also do not upkeep the property and expect tenants to provide upkeep. The appliances in the laundry room are regularly broken. Termite, bee, roach and flea infestations are very common inside every unit and in open common areas. Finding... reasonable parking close to the complex is a nuance, cars are regularly broken into or parts are harvested (stolen)off your vehicles. The onsite managers do not provide adequate and timely efficient notices of changes or repair work done on property, example: they changed the locks to the front entrance of complex and did not notify the tenants til 2 weeks later, new keys have still not been issued to tenants 3 weeks after lockout. Rude managers who refuse to clean the property and lose any and all service requests from tenants. The facilities here are filthy at best and rent is very high for these so called luxury apartments
