Loved living Here

This was our first apartment as a married couple. From the first day, the management staff was nothing but helpful and kind. They were very open about any fees, and what was expected of us as tenants. We only had 1 noise complaint, and that was quickly resolved. They keep a very close eye on the property, and are on a first name basis with many of their tenants. I felt very secure in our apartment. I HIGHLY recommend this place, and 10/10 would rent from them again.

We were sad to move!

Excellent place to live!

I have lived at oakridge for a year and I absolutely love it! The management is amazing and they truly care about their tenants. Maintenance staff is available 24/7 and can literally fix any problem. It is conveniently located and very safe (it’s gated with clickers available, too). I will definitely be renewing my lease and see myself living here for a long time. The prices are reasonable and the apartments are spacious and well designed. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. There’s an amazing… pool on site and a playground for kids. 10 out of 10- would recommend ??

Best in the west

The apartment have great atmosphere . Never had an issue that could not be resolved by the staff. The building is well kept. They have great security, and staff. I have been here for about four years and could not even dream of moving. This apartment building is definitely a step above the rest. I just simple love Oakridge Terrace Apartments.

MY APARTMENT

I LIVE IN A TWO BEDROOM WITH TWO BATHS. IT IS AN UPSTAIRS. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS REALLY, THE RENT IS REASONABLE AT 800.00 PER MONTH. THE APARTMENT HAS A SMALL DINNING ROOM AND A NICE BALCONY.
