This is a very old complex, built in 1985 and consistently has maintenance issues every new tenant who moves into this complex has maintenance issues in less than 30 days after move in. The roofs collapse every winter due to heavy rain and have to be patched up every summer. Every unit is full of mold there's no ventilation or circulation. Very old complex, do not be fooled by the outside remodel. All unit are full of mold I have live here over 5 years and lived in 3 units here. I miss our previous managers Luz and Linda they were friendly and sweet and got things done.. We now have a new male manager he's a dead fish no personality what so ever..

For anyone that has kids this is not the place for you this building has no privacy walls are thin you can hear your neighbors conversations an if your living upstairs people at the bottom will say your stomping an all your doing is walking it's just a headache to live here
