Spoke with Kevanna and she was in a hurry to get off of the phone but said she had my phone number and would call back. I waited two days or more and left another message. Eventually, when not receiving a phone call back I contacted California Landmark Group and they had to email her ask that she call me to schedule a time to view available apartments. I have lived at Woodlark Residences for almost 1 year. Move in was super smooth. View apartments over the pool area are simply wonderful. The workout room is brand new with professional machines. The pool,saunas, bathrooms complex is furnished with loungers and new umbrellas. Saunas are being updated. New landscaping is gorgeous. This is a very quiet and restful place. My covered parking and storage is generous in size. On site maintenance is the best. The whole interior of the apartments... are being remodeled and each looks like a designer model in a high end condo complex. My kitchen is incredible! I appreciate most the gas range/oven and huge storage cabinets. In unit washer and dryer is fabulous. My deck is huge. Management is very responsive and there in a live-in property manager. Location is the best! Obviously I'm a happy tenant, but we all are it seems. This is like a little neighborhood and other tenants are really friendly.
