The house is a very spacious cute 4-bedroom/3-bath... cottage style home. The bedroom and shared bathroom are located on the 2nd floor. The bedroom has carpet and a walk in closet. The unit has a spacious living room and dining room combo with fireplace and has original hard wood floors. There will be an assigned parking spot available on the driveway in front of the garage, there is also plenty of street parking.

Downtown Lemon Grove is less than 2 miles away, and should you need to commute to base, 32nd Street is only 10 miles, and Downtown San Diego only 15 minutes.

Rent will be $950 and will be available starting February 1st.
$950 deposit | Flexible lease options are available but a minimum of 1 yr lease is preferred with option to renew.
