Property Address: 550 E Hanford Armona Rd, Lemoore, CA 93245
This apartment complex has horrible management specifically from the park place manager Ana. They also have carpet bugs! The parking organization is horrible! It’s very rare to come home and find somewhere to park because people are always having their guests stay there taking up parking that we barely have! There is only one laundromat in the entire complex and the machines are always broken and can’t be fixed on weekends. There is also mold in the apartments. Oh and by the way, they won’t let... you terminate your lease for any reason at all without paying the lease in full plus probably penalties and fees! The pricing is absolutely horrid for very little to no amenities. If you can afford to I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OTHER APARTMENT COMPLEXES. If you are considering living here don’t unless it is a life or death situation. Sincerely, Park Place Resident.

Park Place Apartments
Clean and well kept complex. Nice size units, large master bedrooms. Manager and apartment staff are always friendly and are easy to reach. All facilities within the complex are safe and secure.

Great place
from the time I went to look at the apartments until the time I moved in I felt welcomed and at home. This place is real quiet and around a lot of good places to eat, shop and enjoy Central Valley California. Park place is great
