Do NOT recommend

1000% would NOT recommend living here. My husband and I lived here for one year and a half, it was our first apartment together after getting married and it was a complete nightmare from the beginning. I jumped on what I thought was "a good deal" for the area. They are the cheapest apartments in Livermore, but they are that way for a reason. They are filthy, and roach infested. Since the day we moved in there was pests crawling in the cabinets and we were probably the cleanest tenants there.… Management is a joke, they KNOW there is an infestation, and yet they only spray each unit if they report sightings once a month. I thought the bad reviews were outdated, but they are very much still accurate. The manager is of no help. There was a restoration of the walkways that was only supposed to take 2 months to complete which we found out about the day before it started, only to find out it took over 5 months to complete. They take pretty much your entire deposit at the end even if you leave the place impeccable. They apparently have a no dog policy yet every tenant there has atleast one dog.. The place is so so dirty, I would never ever recommend it to anyone. I'm so glad to be out.

Great place to live!

This place is great to live because the neighborhood is very nice, the apartments are very clean and neat. If anything comes up, it will be taken care of asap. I love the pool for summer time, and having the gym is awesome! Also, the apartments are big and easy to call them HOME!

Great Place to live

I stayed here for about an year and I must say, it was about the best apartment I have ever lived in. I would have defiantly stayed longer if I haven't had to move for some personal reasons. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and very responsive, especially manager Reka. My move-in was smooth and quick. The unit was in good shape, it was clean and came with all the upgrades the day I moved in; I had absolutely no issues during my stay. Moving out was equally smooth and straight forward.… The neighborhood is quite safe and peaceful. Apartments are right next to some of the popular food places in Livermore, it is within walking distance of Downtown Livermore and close to wine country of Southern Livermore; in-fact it is one block from Retzlaff Vineyard and Arroya Bike Trail.
