Great Apartment

I am usually used to seeing and renting apartments that show wear and tear. But Westwind's was a great change for me. The apartment was professionally repainted, new carpet and flooring throughout the apartment. Very nice appliances and quiet neighbors. It was a great first impression. Angie was really helped us with getting us approved and situated in the apartment. It was one of the easiest moves for me in years.

Enjoy living here

So far, I have enjoyed living here! The grounds are well-maintained, and my unit is quiet. The leasing office is very easy and nice to work with. Angie was great during my move-in process and anytime I have needed assistance from her since!

Horrible horrible horrible

Management is NEVER there. EVER. Good luck ever getting a hold of someone. Now that we are moved out they are upgrading our VERY VERY well kept apartment at our expensive. Took out bills from our security deposit that we’re clearly already paid for. Finally got ahold of the office lady, and she hung up on me.

Feels Like a Single Family Home

My apartment complex has everything that one would want in a unit. It was 2 bedrooms, 1.3 baths (1 sink and cabinet in the master bedroom), a fitness center, a separate wash house (washer and dryer hook-up on patio in each unit), a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.

Great place to live

This place has been amazing since we moved in. Any problems in the apartment, they would fix it, no questions asked. Amazing management, we loved Monica. When we move we will definitely miss this community. Hope the next place will have a great manager. These apartments are a lucky find in comparison for price and size. Has plenty of storage and full size washer and dryers. Would recommend this place over plenty of apartments in Livermore. A great place to live!
