Orange Grove Apartments

Manager constantly complains of any noise I dropped a can of soup she was livid from hearing it. This isn’t a retirement home or nursing facility. Someone needs to tell her as well to stop smoking everywhere as she walks especially
In front of children.

Lived here a couple of years, told management we'd be late paying rent and they said there would be no grace period paying it. I have always paid rent on time. Afraid that i may be forced to move out. Management is very rarely in office. Unable to even use the bathroom after a certain time do to it making too much noise. Not allowed to leave back door open. Etc.

I couldn't stay long due to work, but while I was there it was a great place. Staff and landlord are professional, trustworthy and run a clean and well maintained facility. Complex is quiet and near most of everything in Lodi, it's not right in the middle but it's close enough. Rent is a great deal and the apartments are nice despite being a little dated. Complex is also close to grocery store and a good selection of eateries and places to dine out. Pet policy is a little strict but otherwise it... is a great place. Would gladly recommend and would also consider moving back if I ever made it back up to Lodi. Read More
