Oasis Townhomes

Blamed me for damage that I didn't do and put in work orders from moving in to get fixed, never did. Then reported me to collections because the insurance company denied their claim I did damage, but never told me yet certainly reported me. Every year dealt with roach infestations, neighbors that don't work and do drugs, kids stealing from my garage, and homeless people screaming wandering around. I am thankful every time I think back to this place that I don't live here.

I have lived here for 3 months, and within that time span, I have not only gotten my bike stolen, but I also got my car vandalized within the property! I had to get a repair and it cost me $2500. I moved here because the place initially seemed okay since there are families and students around, but the longer I live here, the more I realized how poorly run Oasis Townhomes can be. The toilets are very loud when you flush and the sink and tub get clogged quite often. Really consider your options... before renting here. Read More

Dirty complex, Very old building, toilet flush not working well, i requested to fix or change but they refused. I had to flush several times and toilet made sound when nobody was even near. garage door didn’t open so i had to call uber for work one day. Super annoying issue is that you’ll hear very loud noise whenever train passes by and the room shakes i thought it was an earthquake. And it passes by day and night non stop. I’m so glad i only lived here for 6 months.

Got my car vandalized within a week of taking it out of the dealership (hub caps stolen)...my wife's car got towed away 2 times because apparently you can't go to work come back and park on the same spot for more than 3 days no matter if it is the only parking space available...at night is like walking on eggshells floor makes so much noise not too mention the whispering sound of the train by the way every time the train passes your apartment shakes 1st day I tought it was an earthquake.
