Wonderful place, low noise, great Management
I have lived here for over a year and have had no complaints. Everyone is nice and keeps to themselves, the month to month lease is amazing and may be the lowest rent around! Located on the south side of town it’s a wonderful, safe neighborhood. I’d give it 10 stars if I could

this is absolutely thee best place to rent an apartment in Lompoc. Quiet , neighbors are respectful, managers are awesome. Don't move here if you can't handle any of that.
