This is a reasonable priced rental with free utilities about 5 blocks from the beach. The management is excellent in that if you have any kind of maintenance problem he jumps right on it and resolve it immediately with no additional cost to you! But The downside to me is that you can hear your neighbors conversations and they can likely hear yours.There is an alley out back that is a challenge to keep clean where transients and addicts hangout and frequently dive in the dumpster going through… all the trash and throwing it all about. But its all tolerable because the people around here are pretty cool.
