What my wife and I appreciate about this apartment building most is its location. It's in a clean, quiet part of Long Beach just outside of the Lakewood mall. In either direction you have you quick and convenient access to many local social hotspots, including a wide range of indoor and outdoor "couples date night/day" areas. Our favorites include the many nature and wildlife parks, such as El Dorado and the Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden. There's also plenty of choices of nice parks for... families with children or just for outdoor exercising in general.

Our building itself is very clean and the landlord, Maria and her husband, take excellent care of the building and have always responded quickly to the few random issues we encountered. They are very hospitable and polite and manage the building very well. We also like that as some tenants have moved out, they completely renovated the units to bring them up to date. No shoddy cleaning jobs or 'hide-the-dirt' games going on here. Our unit was one that was newly renovated and it's quite nice.

It's very difficult to find apartment managers who are active and quick and provide excellent care to their buildings. It's also challenging to find an apartment building that doesn't have any 'problem tenants'. Well, here you have both of those and also a nice location. We don't have any intention of moving any time soon. This apartment building is definitely worth looking into if you have convenience, cleanliness, and your social life. Read More
