I currently live here! My experience with this place is one it sounds like a dog pound everyday dogs barking non stop. people have there dogs running around freely scaring other people’s pets, two people yell across from each other like neighbors do not exist. Only good thing about this place is it’s close to the beach.

Entourage Property Management
This management company is a joke!!! I moved in 9 days ago - 7/ 18. On day two I realized my shower didn't not drain whatsoever and my toilet, the shower faucets leaked, the toiled was completely clogged and leaked from where it attaches to the floor.
Entourage cuts corners by hiring maintenance people that know very little about plumbing or anything related to maintenance. Yesterday to "plumber" came to fix m leaky faucet and he managed to floor my entire apartment.... And Entourage is not... doing anything about the water damage. The laminate floors are ruined. THIS IS ONLY DAY 9 !!!! This company is seriously a joke. Renters Beware!

Amazing Area with Amazing Neighbors
I really like living where I am at. The people are nice and the property management is friendly. They are currently remodling the building and it's only going to get better!

Entourage Property Management
These are the worst PM I have ever dealt with regards to property management.
Case and point. In January 2015 the apartments where purchase and since been managed by EPM, I have had nothing but issues with them.
1. They have given everyone that had agreements (Lease) with the old owner’s 60 day notices to leave so they could up-grade the apartment i.e. remove carpet and install hardwood floors.
2. In my old lease, it was a secured and gated community since the purchase the main gate has been... left open 24 hours a day.
3.My parking space and the final straw earlier this year I was assigned parking in a spot of 7 and once they had taken over they pulled it and placed me into space 19 no big issue right. Well hence, where the problem started in my old lease $30 dollars a month was included and the new spot went up to $80 a month again not happy by cost of living and all right. Well no the PM argued that that was part of my rant and wanted to keep the $30 a month and have me pay on top of that the additional $80 so of course I argued the point and won. Here know in lies the problem THEY HAD MY CAR TOWED I have paid them the agreed amount of $80 and yet it was towed without warning even though I was in the apartment. Now it time for small claims court.
See ya in court
