Great location, but...
Great location, gated entrance. Great front court yard where the neighbors can meet. I live nearby and was waiting for an opening, but I have changed my mind.
The building has mold issues.
Cockroaches year round and lots of flies in summer.
One neighbor has a dangerous bull-terrier dog that is known to have attacked other dogs.
The other neighbor has a real wood fire pit on their balcony.
I think I'll remain where I live now.Review from Apartments.com
