Badly maintained, old building
This building is really old. Floors creak bad. Perpetual clogging of pipes and problem with plumbing. Chipped paints. Torn drawers. Security cameras are fake and do not work. I lived in this apartment for 2 years and totally the worst place I have lived in. Biggest problem is the manager's snotty snobbish arrogant attitude. Will not lift a finger to help you with any problem. Totally useless person and will wash her hands on any situation making sure she transfers blame on the tenants. ... Very unprofessional. Will not recommend this place. I wish they will just tear the building down.

Long Beach Town House
Firstly let me say; My apartment is extremely safe. The lighting is bright and well lit. There are great security measures implemented ; A security camera in the: Laundry room, parking lot, exercise area, and mail box. If there is a safety issue the residents are given paper notice. Also, the apartment is well maintained. The pool is properly chlorinated, and kept free of debri. Lastly when there is a problem with anything with the tenants, or building; Management responds quickly.
