Current resident here issuing you a warning, do not waste your money! Rent is high, there is no security and transients that roam the property break into cars and the pool area. Great apartment i love it. Two pools and big apartment. Price is just right. I would live here for ever. Apartment.com really helped me.

There are some really nice views here of the surrounding cities.
It's also quiet and pet friendly.
Rent isn't cheap though and a lot of people move out because of that.
