My apartment was somewhat of a mirage at first glance but then shortly after it started showing terrible signs. My management company failed to inform me that there was a roach infestation around the building which made it easy for them to creep inside. The kitchen is also a fire hazard as there is no walkway between the stove and the back door or even just to get through to was dishes properly as its pressed up against the sink. If that isnt bad enough I also have ceiling leaks from the... neighbors upstairs every time they take a shower I pray the ceiling doesn't falll through and not to mention the fact that I've had to had the bathtub reglazed 4 times !!!! The company they send just paints it and the paint peels almost immediately each time. Oh and I think the worst part of this whole thing is that there is no building manager, no management office (just a drop box), and no actual phone number you can use to get in touch with a live person that works for the management company.
