    Looks fancy, but run poorly

    Pros:
    - Slightly cheaper rent than surrounding area
    - Underground parking
    - No roaches
    - Gym

    Cons:
    - Property management does not respond to maintenance requests until contacted multiple times
    - Ants
    - Loud neighbors
    - Constant breaking down of laundry machines and elevator
    - Packages were stolen
    - Constant texts about people parking illegally in the structure
    - Almost no neighborhood parking and lots of it is 1 hour
    - No A/C
    - Old building with just cosmetic improvements, so lots of issues    … with things breaking down

    Could not wait to leave and they did not pay the full deposit for things that were already broken when we moved in
