Seaport should be more mindful of there tenants. You should have better security. It's not fair to have to pay extra to park, that wasn't in the contract some car don't run a lot of them park anyway with no sticker I feel that wrong period. Most of us pay instead of walking 3 blocks to your get to your door I'm older and that hard on me physically and financially.

This apartment complex was a huge disappointment. The application process took months with no communication unless I constantly reached out. They allow applications for unavailable floor plans, and their website falsely shows availability—yet they claim they don’t even work with it, requiring paper applications instead. My final walkthrough was scheduled for 1:00 p.m., but the office didn’t open until 1:20. Despite being first in line, Erica, who was supposed to assist us, didn’t show up until... 1:35, and the other female staff rudely yelled at us to wait due to people who were there before us. When we were first? When we finally saw the unit in Building 21, it was in terrible condition—dead roaches, water-damaged cabinets, chewed-up flooring, chipped paint, and windows that wouldn’t close. The pool was also dirty and unfilled. When I raised concerns, I was simply told the unit wasn’t officially ours yet and would be documented in the lease. Tenants we spoke to reported sudden rent hikes, new parking fees, and constant noise from a nearby bar with homeless people wandering around. It’s clear they only maintain the model unit to sell a false image. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere!
