Beautiful

This apartment is such a beautiful place. its convenient and its inexpensive and its amazing. its near the beach and within walking distance of everything in downtown Long Beach. its beautiful and I love it. hope to rent a studio or one bedroom there one day.

Great Location!

You can't beat the price of the Blackstone for the area it is in. You are walking distance from The Pike Outlets, various shops and dining on Pine, Shoreline Village, public transportation, etc. There are many activities in the nearby vicinity that make the area a great place to live in and community is relatively safe with cameras on every corner, a high police presence, and the management. They even try to give back to the residents by throwing periodic parties and meet and greet activities.… Unfortunately though, the apartments are very small. And with the building being so old many utilities are interconnected and it's not uncommon to encounter a pest problem. Ultimately though, you cant beat the price and the location.
