Villa Dor

Well what can I say? It's a great place to live if you're on a budget buuuuut... that's about it.

Now don't get me wrong - most of my irritation with living here is because of my roommate, but I digress.

We have a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, and we pay $600 each so that's a sweet deal.

Maintenance is somewhat of any issue - but considering that we are living among crazy college kids, that's too be expected. (so this all has you wondering why I gave this apt a 4? ... I... don't know either- maybe I'm just a giving person...)

But on the real - I have enjoyed living here. There's a swimming pool and life is all good. It's a safe part of LBC, and there's easy access to public transportation. The beach is only a 15min drive away and there's quite a few amenities around.

Definitely recommend this area - it's often sold out which is a clear indicator of how cheap rent is... I mean how good it is to live here... ;) Read More
