OCCUPIED BY WORKING CLASS AND SEASONED INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES

I would NEVER have given this place a 2nd look, however, when I had opportunity to park in the under-apartment parking to walk through an apartment for consideration, the FIRST thing I noticed were the high-end vehicles. That said one of two things to me, either the building was housed with working class individuals/families and the other doesn't matter because the building is housed by working class and seasoned individuals/families. I am both. So, this building works for my brother and I. … I like that there is an interview process, it helps weed out the serious folks and those who don't care much at all. It also helps maintain safety for the tenants and the place we call home for this season in their/our lives. Knowing the rules and regulations upfront determines if you want to rent here or not.

Can it use some tidying up, sure it can. We can do our part and let management do their part.

Amazing!! Quiet! Cleaned! And well Managed!

How did this place not get full stars??!!! They are almost always in full capacity.

I lived here from 2011 to 2015. I was a full time worker and getting a masters degree at night. I was super busy and needed a quiet, affordable place to live.
This was perfect!!! I read the previous reviews people didn’t like the manager. But in all honesty, the manager was strict; With quiet, drugs, and clean shared outside areas. That’s why people didn’t like him???!!!
But for people like me who need a… place to call home and not have loud neighbors, this is the place for you! I lived here for 4 wonderful years and I was able to save money and buy a house! Without this apartment I would not have gotten to where I am today. Quiet, affordable, and well managed.

Horrible Manager

Manager “Darren” went inside my unit while I was not there. Accused me of smoking/evicted me and my 2 boys. 30 day notice..run AWAY!

DO NOT LIVE HERE

Okay so I recently went to go view this apartment. The property manager showed me a “sample” apartment first with grandma furniture. It felt as if an older lady died there and they kept all her stuff. No he showed us a vacant apartment upstairs. Walking to the apartment I smelled animal urine. The vacant apartment was actually cute and exactly what I was looking for. Here was the problem. First parking is horrible. One parking spot and the rest is on a extremely busy street. The property manager… said that he didn’t even trust leaving his car on the street. Next the property manager evicts people over the smallest thing. There is no smoking at all. Not even outside. He said that’s an automatic eviction. Next he said if your dog barks constantly then you’re automatically evicted. Which in the mist of that there was a dog barking and he literally went around the complex to figure out who’s dog is it. The property manager is wayyyy too nosey for my taste especially for the area that it is in. I would NOT recommend if you want a nosey property manager

Ok

Water is always hot, the apartments are nice size and the Ac works if you know how to maintain it. The only drawback, the grounds are the dirtiest apartment I've ever lived in. It has so many spider webs. We are near the la river so lots of mosquitos attract spiders all year. They are in every corner of the grounds and sometimes near your entrance.
