I have been living in building for a long time. Rent is good and place is clean. Apt manager is helpful I need anything.

This building has multiple problems due to lack of cleanliness and upkeep. The building management and person who claims to be the "owner" are seriously unprofessional when it comes pest control and getting anything fixed. There are only 3 washers for the entire building and the laundry room is really dirty and roach infested. The building is Flea infested and not worth the cheep price. Also after moving out they only gave me 20% of my deposit back.

I've lived in this building for a long time, and I had no idea this was online. All I have to say is this, these pictures on the outside are severely outdated, they date back to 2004 when the previous owner was renovating it. It also really makes me iffy that there are no interior pictures. There is no need I suppose, this building is in a bad state. There is a really bad roach problem, flea problem and has some bed bugs. I would not recommend this building to anyone, they're expensive for the... ugly thing it is. Also in summer time these buildings really suck, they're almost always warm. It's not always clean, until last week the carpet in the hallway was finally washed. God knows when the last time it was, maybe 2008. The basement is dusty but it's also really messy, the laundry machines don't work and rip you off, better go elsewhere to wash clothes and actually do it. There is also a fly and mosquito problem that you honestly cannot avoid anymore because the rooms get so warm that you have to open the door and wake up covered in bites.
