DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. Hands down the worst experience I have ever dealt with in a living situation. This place is managed by money hungry people that do not care about it's residents. Here is everything I have dealt with - I will update this as more things happen :)

1: Floors were buckling for 4 months. I emailed for months asking for it to be fixed. This is a brand new building. I asked over and over again and told them that the floors were coming up and the entire apartment floors move when... stepping on them. They fixed a small section in the kitchen but the floors still move as you walk. When you install things on a budget they last on a budget. It took 4 MONTHS for them to fix them.

2: Sound. Have a window in your unit? Get ready to hear every single thing around you including the main street outside of the building. I purchased expensive sound panels from a sound panel manufacturer to put on the window. I was met with eviction notices on my front door, emails, and phone calls from the corporate office asking me to "take down the cardboard in the windows" They were sound panels that cost over $300. I was met with an eviction notice and phone calls, emails and notices from this management company over a sound panel in a window to fix the sound due to the cheap windows they installed.

Instead of them offering a solution to the sound issues that make the bedrooms unlivable/impossible to sleep in - I was met with harassing phone calls from a guy from corporate, multiple emails and printed notices on my front door. I wish I could upload a recording of what the bedrooms sound like as it is actually insane. I've lived in a city my entire life - hands down the most loud and unlivable situation I have ever experienced and they don't care not one ounce.

3: My appliances didn't work properly for over 3 months. I asked and asked and was ignored. Finally they sent someone and it was just the breaker - 3 months to switch out a breaker.

4: My service animal and I were attacked by an off leash dog who chased me down our hallway. I was covered in blood from breaking up the dog flight and had scratches all over my body. They did nothing. They told the person who's dog it was nothing because they can't "assume who it was" Yeah. Dog has been off leash multiple more times and they have done nothing about it.

Spend your money elsewhere with a management company who cares and handles things as they should be. Read More
