The star of the show is the custom-fit couch, with a Murphy bed tucked just behind it and built into the wardrobe wall. During your tour, we will happily demonstrate just how easily it transforms. One smooth motion and the living area shifts into a comfortable sleeping setup. It has a bit of a party trick quality to it, but one you will actually use every day. The couch is included with the lease and was selected specifically for the layout so it fits seamlessly with the Murphy bed system.

The wardrobe wall does more than hide the bed as well. It offers generous built-in storage throughout so clothing, shoes, and everyday essentials all have a proper home without taking over the space. Across from the couch and wardrobe wall, a mounted Samsung Frame TV is also included for your convenience. The layout keeps things feeling open while still giving you the storage you need.

The kitchen keeps things simple and stylish with a gas range stove, fridge, and microwave all laid out in a clean and seamless setup. Whether you are cooking at home or reheating takeout between plans, everything is right where you need it. There is also a ductless AC unit is installed to keep the space comfortable year-round.

The bathroom sits just off the main living area and features a modern vanity, shelving for storage, a window, and a standing shower with a fresh, updated feel.

Saving the best for last, right outside your door is a private patio area that you can fully make your own. Set up a small table, string lights, or a few plants, and create your own outdoor hangout before heading out for the night. And when it comes to location, you are in a prime Echo Park pocket. Dodger Stadium is just seconds away, and Sunset Boulevard sits at the end of the street.
