New Manager making great updates and changes

The new on site manager Karina is really turning the property around. fixing the security cameras, checking parking assignments and enforcing rules of our leases, keeping the property clean and really caring about residents and the property overall.

Do not recommend

The first year living here was good with minimal problems. The second year was terrible. The garage door was constantly broken which was a safety hazard especially given the neighborhood, the common areas were always filthy, roaches infestation, trash piled up, and management stopped caring about the property all together.

The neighbors across the street would host loud parties on random weekdays. My neighbor above me clearly had some type of drug problem and would scream at the top of her...
lungs and jump around the apt shaking my unit as well. Kids would play in the common area at any time of day and leave toys everywhere.

I could really go on and on about the problems I had here. If you want a little bit of peace at home, this is not the place for you.

Do NOT move here

The building and management are cool but the surrounding neighborhood is horrible. A house across the street blasts loud music almost every weekend till 1am and they double park and block the street. Also the neighborhood isn’t the safest. For the amount you pay, you can do better in another neighborhood. I do not recommend moving here.
