BE CAUTIOUS
The new owner is absent. The property manager is rude and non responsive. They are making the previous property managers move and replaced them without notice when they took over and they have been here for 14 yrs. They are the reason the building is safe. They keep the gangs out and stopped the police from harassing the tenants for no reason. The new owner also came in and is trying to raise the rent by $200 on most tenants in spite of the leases we have. They have not kept up with the... maintenance of the property and now that the previous managers have been fired tenants are breaking rules left and right. If you value your safety and want to be treated like a tenant should be DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
