1836 Sichel St

I moved to be closer to work. I love the location and the neighborhood is like being back on the East Coast. The building is really quiet and I have children. Lincoln Park is in walking distance, it has great playgrounds and a pool.

I workout in the buildings weight room. There's a business room too that I find myself using to read when I need quiet space.

I’ve been living here for almost 4 yrs now, and have nothing but positive things to say. The space is great, the amenities are great, parking is fairly easy to find and the onsite manager is very responsive, friendly and attentive when it comes to her tenants and the building.

My partner and I moved in back in 2019 and haven’t felt the need to look elsewhere since. We’re so happy to have found this community. Everything from the on-site amenities to management is absolutely great. The on-site manager is the BEST, she really goes above and beyond to ensure there is a sense of community, safety and cleanliness and is always so responsive and attentive of tenants. If you’re looking for a place and are lucky enough to snag a unit here, do it!

I was one of the first tenants in this building and i’ve been here for 5 years because i love my apartment. I’ve been very happy here and highly recommend this building.

Walls are VERY thin. Not only can you hear your housemates, but you can hear your neighbors.
