Extremely thin walls and noisy surroundings!
My unit faces Guthrie and there is always a steady stream of loud noises coming from all sides at all hours. A heavy walker upstairs causes my walls and windows to rattle. Neighbors constantly slamming their front doors (both metal and wooden doors)also causes my walls and windows to shake and can be very jarring if you are sitting relaxing in your living room. Next door neighbor may have a subwoofer that plays a few times a week at various hours because even though I can't hear the music,... everything in my apartment is vibrating from the bass. The street in front is not a main street, however, sounds like one every morning with people speeding through. The parking situation is awful as well with tiny, narrow spots where some drivers need to get in and out on the passenger side of the car when parked.
Everything in the apartment itself looks freshly painted and clean (no fridge). I think this is how they are able to charge the price they do, however, with how thin the walls are I don't think this place is worth it. This review was written 1/2019 for reference.
