there is a small fenced space between the kitchen's back door and the parking.
it is not really a yard as its very narrow
but its an awesome private space for plants or growing spices.

1 parking space in the building's parking lot.

laundry room in the building.

dogs & cats ok.
your dog must come with you to the showing.
