What This House Offers

Two bedroom and one bathroom house in Glassell Park (adjacent to Eagle Rock) for rent. The house is close to the 2 and 5 freeways. There is lots of restaurants,... gyms, stores, and cafe that are with walking distance. No pets will be allowed to live at this house. Smoking is not allowed on the property. It is approximately 750 square feet. The house has been completely remodeled. The kitchen has new cabinets and a new kitchen sink. The kitchen comes with brand new appliances such as a new gas stove, a new refrigerator, and also a new dish washer. There is also new laminate flooring through out the entire house. There is a small laundry room with new washer and dryer. The house also comes with a garage for storage and side patio for outdoor relaxation. On the other side of the house there is a small patio outside of the house where the backdoor is. The house is sharing one single lot but each house has its own entry and is on a different street. In between houses there is a common area where both tenants would have access to circle around their houses. If you are interested in looking at the property please contact me via email. There are several requirements that I will need to see in order to evaluate your current financial standing. They are as follows,

2) Will need to agree to a background and credit check by Transunion. The fee will be paid directly to Transunion on their website. The fee is $48.
3) A copy of the last two months bank statements.
4) You would need to show proof of rental insurance. If you don't have any you will need to purchase it before the lease is given.
5) Last two pay stubs or pay statements. If you work freelance provide the most current paystubs you have.
6) Phone numbers to current and even former landlords if possible.
7) A list of all your debt obligations and the amount you owe as well how much you pay monthly to debt obligations.

I will take all this information into consideration so that I can see what your financial picture looks like and decide based on your overall financial status.
I know that the list of requirements may be extensive but this is the only way I can really determine the best tenant for the property moving forward.
