    high rent, poor management

    Disappointing experience despite the high rent

    I have been very disappointed with my experience living here, especially considering how much I pay in rent.

    When I first moved in, I was told that there were no EV parking spaces available at the time, but that I would be given one as soon as a space became available. I have followed up with the office multiple times, but despite those conversations, I still have not been given an EV parking space or received a clear update.

    I have also had    … repeated problems with the hot water. The hot water would frequently stop working, and it took multiple maintenance requests before the issue was finally addressed.

    The air conditioning has been another major issue, especially during the summer. Even when I leave the AC running, my apartment does not cool down properly. I have submitted maintenance requests about this issue, but they have often been ignored or have not received a meaningful response. I have also brought the issue directly to the office, but I am still waiting for a proper resolution.

    What is most frustrating is not just having maintenance problems, but having to repeatedly contact management about the same issues without receiving a clear response or follow-up.

    I am sharing this review because I wish I had known about these issues before moving in. If you are considering renting here, I strongly recommend asking specifically about EV parking availability, hot water reliability, AC performance, and how management handles maintenance requests before signing a lease.
