Poor experience living here for 2 years.
I had a pretty crappy living experience here. For one- the space is deceiving with zero storage other than bedroom closets and they don't allow you to store items in your parking spot. They actually threw out all my personal items I was storing in my parking spot due to lack of storage space.
Management took their sweet time answering to problems. They have a roofing issue they refuse to handle. Every single time it rains we had major leaks and the ceiling began to break down and leak water.… They would come and patch it up when everything dried- then it would rain again and happen all over again.
They also raised the rent mid pandemic without warning. It's quite clear they are not for their tenants.Review from Apartments.com
