A large bay window over looks the garden with lots of natural light from the open skylight above. The guest house gets a cool breeze from the West side and has air conditioning if needed. It has an original brick fire place. The mahogany platform bed comes with a brand new high end posturpedic Queen size mattress, two dressers, a 30” round table with two super comfy retro chairs , a 50 inch flatscreen TV with swing arm to adjust for perfect viewing. The bungalow has new fiber optic network with high speed WiFi and is all set up so it makes the move in easy. The ceiling fan and open skylight keeps it well circulated. It has overhead lighting, and a 3 way floor lamp for good lighting. Lots of framed mirrors, small walk in closet and a new private stackable washer & dryer. The bathroom has high pressure hot shower, Kohler toilet and sink.

The grounds are beautifully kept with palm trees, California Natives, succulents and fresh herbs. The smell of sage, lavendar and jasmine fill the air as hummingbirds love to frequent. The garden is weekly landscaped and maintained. The parking is super easy with no street signs or meters so you never have to look for parking like other areas of LA .

The property is located in a very convenient and safe neighborhood situated between Beverly Hills and Culver City in the border of Cheviot Hills and Beverlywood . The location is a private residential area that is safe and central to most of West Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Westwood, Century City and East access to the 10 and 405 freeway.
