How Is This Rating Determined?

Bad Management, grounds not kept well.

Management will jack up the rent unfairly, and eventually cheat you out of your security deposit by charging to repaint the entire unit despite no damages. Inside grounds (hallways/elevator/garbage room) is not kept clean frequently enough.
