Only 7 units, all which are 1 bedroom and 1 bath. There is a laundry room on site for $1.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry (only 1 machine of each). There aren't any managers on site, the building are managed by Emporium Management Inc and the owners come occasionally to fix certain issues and clean, (1-2 times a month from 10-1pm). Most of the families that live in the units have children and also elderly. very quiet place and beautiful scene of the 110 n and the dodger stadium. The apartments are... not in bad conditions , they are reasonable for the rent you pay. If owners would put in more money to fix the apts this could possible be a 5 star apt place. everyone minds theri own business (except apt 5, lol).
