Worst management ever.

The manager is so lazy and he doesn’t know how to manage the apartment. The elevator was not repaired for 6 months, and getting maintenance done takes forever.

So good that I haven't moved

As soon as I stepped into this apt I knew I wanted it right away. So much space for a very very good price. So much space I could house 3-4 people if I wanted. So much space I could have opened up my own yoga studio or organic blabla kale juicing bar.

Location is awesome. It's in the middle of everything and the coolest spots are nearby or walking distance. Easy access to most cities/ highways except for the fact that the drivers in koreatown seem to drive like they've never driven before and...
I'm not stereotyping the Asian drivers... It's all races. It seems like once you enter the koreatown district, your brain convinces you that you're an old senile person who is driving out of spite bc everyone told him/her that they shouldn't drive.

Yea sure there are some dangerous gangs in koreatown but I haven't seen much crime going on. Besides the fact that two of my friends got robbed and beat up in broad daylight and another friend got held up at gunpoint. No big deal.

Food is delicious and so many places deliver. The only thing is I'd love to get a pet but my apt doesn't allow it. But you can totally get your dog a service animal certificate and tell him he can't do anything about It.

My apt is carpet and didn't come with a fridge but all good I got a bunch of hand me down furniture. Summer gets pretty brutal. The heat gets trapped in and the ac frustrates me as it always either makes my apt too cold or too hot.

The manager actually takes good care of the apt. Fixes your apt in a timely manner and does everything by the books. He'll call you to let you know of things going on in the apt. You'll see him wandering around the apt looking for things to clean or fix. He's great about getting rid of all the gang tags on our building. He even chased down the shady tenant who stole my phone and got it back for me .

Koreatown is becoming hipster they say. In time the hipsters will take over and the gangs will eventually get sick of it and leave . Come one come all (all you hipsters) but please leave after a coupon years.
