I have lived here for close to a year and this complex has a massive roach problem that has been ongoing. This has occurred before I even moved in apparently. All the units have to the same problem, in fact, one family has already gone to court over this issue multiple times. Do yourself a favor and avoid this property. It is managed by Winstar Properties, and the worst part is the refusal to take action and responsibility.
