Too Expensive, Too Hot, Too Hard to Park

This is the LAST "charming," vintage building I will ever live in. There is no air conditioning and apparently no insulation, so it's not unusual for the temperature in my second floor apartment to reach 90 degrees in the Los Angeles summer. The building is not well maintained and repairs are less than prompt (I have been waiting three weeks for someone to replace the burned-out light over the garage). The parking is so cramped it takes me an 8 or 10-point turn to back out of the garage. I'm... looking now on Apartments.com for a nice, MODERN building with good parking, good maintenance and AIR CONDITIONING.
