Quiet dogs and loud cats are welcome, but I need to meet them first. Near the beach so it is wonderfully crazy, but none of my tenants have ever felt unsafe here. Free Laundry facilities on site.

Rent is $2495 per month including water but you pay gas, electric and internet. I will need first and last month in advance, and prefer one month security deposit. Twelve month lease preferred, then month to month may be negotiable.
