Management is Horrible
The management is AWFUL, THE WORSR Ive encountered in LA. The apartment offers no parking, and trying to find street parking around this place is often a 30 min - 1 hr ordeal. Rooms are mostly run down just hidden by a fresh coat of white paint. Hot water for showers are usually lukewarm at best. Lots of electrical wiring issues so not all outlets/lights work.
