Been here for over 6 years and it's been a great experience. Prime location in Ktown and the management team (Danny, Angel, Estephany) is some of the best I've seen, which really distinguishes it from other properties.

I lived at this apartment for 3 years and can’t say enough good things about it. The staff (Danny, Angel, and Estephany) are really attentive and address issues efficiently. You can tell that they truly try to take care of this building and the tenants. I never had a single concern with living here. No pest issues! It is in a great location if you enjoy going out to restaurants. H Mart is within walking distance. Parking structure and building felt safe. Truly no complaints, I would... wholeheartedly recommend living here.

After living here for 3 years, I can confidently say that the team at 616 Kenmore is still the best! Shout out to Danny and Angel! If I ever needed anything, they responded quickly and were always super kind. The building has always been well-maintained and clean as well. I’ve also noticed and appreciated that throughout the years, neighbors are very considerate of each other - contributing to quiet surroundings and quality living. Overall 10/10 and living here was wonderful!

I've lived at 616Kenmore for 3 years, and really enjoyed my time here.
616Kenmore is well managed, constantly maintained, and within close walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Ktown. It’s also within close walking distance to a supermarket.
Danny, Angel, and the rest of the management team are very helpful and responsive to maintenance requests of all kinds. You can simply text them with your issue/question and the response is almost immediate.
This apartment is also an easy... drive to downtown & USC. Highly recommend for anyone new to LA!
